Engineering Manager, People Applications

Experteer Overview As Engineering Manager for the People Applications team, you will lead a full-stack group building 1P products that cover the employee lifecycle. You’ll shape the technical direction and product strategy, collaborating with cross-functional partners to deliver reliable, high-impact experiences across all brands. You’ll drive AI-enabled improvements to developer velocity and business outcomes while scaling solutions for global teams. This role combines people leadership with hands-on engineering to advance our People platform at DoorDash.
