SAP PM EAM Consultant

PM/EAM Module Expertise 8-12 years of hands-on experience with SAP ERP (preferably S/4HANA) in PM/EAM module Deep expertise in equipment master data management and asset hierarchy configurations Strong experience in preventive maintenance including maintenance plans, task lists, and scheduling Proficiency in work order management and service notification processing Hands-on experience with maintenance history tracking and asset failure analysis Solid understanding of maintenance cost management and spare parts planning Knowledge of reliability-centered maintenance (RCM) concepts and predictive maintenance strategies SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud Knowledge Demonstrated experience with SAP S/4HANA implementations (2+ projects preferred) Understanding of asset lifecycle management in cloud environments Familiarity with SAP Activate Framework and cloud deployment methodologies Knowledge of IoT integration and predictive analytics capabilities for asset management Technical & Functional Skills Proficiency in SAP IMG (Implementation Guide) and Customizing for maintenance modules Experience with equipment and asset master data migration strategies Strong understanding of integration patterns with production, warehouse, and financial systems Hands-on experience with testing tools, defect management, and process documentation Business Acumen & Consulting Skills Strong understanding of manufacturing and asset management business processes Excellent ability to translate operational requirements into technical asset management solutions Experience leading operations and maintenance requirements workshops and change management Proven ability to work in agile and waterfall project methodologies Education & Certifications Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Operations, Business Administration, IT, or related discipline MBA preferred SAP Certifications in S/4HANA Plant Maintenance (PM) or Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) preferred SAP Activate Certification strongly preferred CMMS or equipment maintenance certifications are advantageous, Agile Programming Methodologies, Asset Management, Automation, Bug Tracking/Defect Management, Business Administration, Business Process Management, Business Skills, Change Management, Cloud Computing, Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS), Consulting, Cost Control, Data Migration, Documentation, Equipment Maintenance/Repair, Failure Analysis, Financial Systems, Internet of Things, Leadership, Manufacturing Management, Master Data Management (MDM), Mechanical Engineering, Migration Strategy, Order Management, Predictive Modeling, Preventative Maintenance, Public Cloud, Reliability Centered Maintenance, SAP, SAP ECC (fka SAP R/3 and SAP ERP), Scalable System Development, Software Testing, Sustainability, Team Player, Technical Leadership, Test Tools, Warehousing, Waterfall Model of Software Development
