Data Analyst-I

• Sets up new customers, establishing the customer role in the system.
• Contacts customers to request additional information and to verify customer data.
• Troubleshoots and resolves issues relative to customer setup using established guidelines.
• Works with supervisor to develop solutions when problem is more complex of affects multiple processes across the department.
• Completes requests within established timeframes and keeps requestor notified of status.
• Ensures data accuracy, validity, and completeness in results.
• Creates and updates core master data procedures as directed.
• Begins to demonstrate understanding of processing customer requests to downstream processes/systems.
• Participates on projects as required and assigned by management.
• Identifies technical issues encountered in the production environment to the IT department and escalates for resolution.

• Customer service: responsive communication, follow-up, and issue resolution
• Data validation, accuracy checks, and issue troubleshooting Order monitoring and managing multiple requests simultaneously
• Clear communication with customers and internal teams
• Escalating technical/system issues to IT / engineering teams SOP updates, process improvement, and fast-paced remote work
• Must be comfortable in Excel / Google Sheets Experience 2.5+ years of data entry and back office operations
• Preference for experience in logistics, customer support, IT
