Job description
Experteer Overview As Principal Enterprise Applications Architect, you will shape the back-office tech landscape across Finance, HR, and Legal to align business strategy with enterprise architecture. You’ll design and implement cross-system integrations using modern iPaaS tooling, ensuring scalable, auditable data flows. You’ll lead AI-driven automation initiatives to reduce manual bottlenecks and strengthen controls. You’ll collaborate with executives to translate capabilities into solid technical designs and mentor engineering teams, working with systems like Workday, NetSuite, and Zuora to enable efficient, compliant operations. Compensation / Benefits * Architect the back-office ecosystem for scalability and data integrity across core apps (Workday, NetSuite, Zuora, Zip, Xactly, Ironclad) * Build robust integrations using Workato or similar iPaaS to unify disparate systems * Lead AI/LLM-based workflow automation to improve controls and reduce manual work * Translate business capabilities into technical requirements and end-to-end design specifications * Streamline end-to-end data lifecycles from GTM platforms through compliance and billing/finance systems * Mentor business systems analysts and engineers, promoting clean architecture and integration best practices Tasks * 15+ years in enterprise applications engineering with back-office focus * Hands-on architecture across Workday and integration of finance, procurement, legal systems (NetSuite, Zuora, Zip, Xactly, Ironclad) * Proven track record in technical design, specs, error handling, and large software rollouts * Deep integration expertise with Workato or similar iPaaS; strong scripting/coding * SOX ITGCs and SoD governance; ability to embed automated controls * Practical AI experience in business applications, generative AI/LLM or automation * Domain knowledge in Finance, HR, Legal processes and GTM interfaces (Salesforce) * Strong collaboration: deep-dive with engineers and strategic presentations to stakeholders Key requirements *
