Experteer Overview As Staff Integration & Application Developer on Procore’s Finance and Legal Technologies team, you will architect and lead the global Finance SaaS landscape, leveraging Workato AI Agents to accelerate development. You’ll establish governance, code standards, and knowledge management to ensure a scalable, auditable ecosystem. You’ll mentor developers and collaborate with Finance stakeholders to translate goals into technical roadmaps, and you’ll shape AI-enabled, resilient integrations across major SaaS platforms from Austin, TX. Compensation / Benefits * Architectural leadership and governance: define standards for code governance, naming conventions, and reusable components across Workato and middleware; manage knowledge via a Source of Truth documentation library; design standardized debugging procedures and automated alerting; apply AI-assisted development using Workato AI Agents; implement AI-driven observability for NetSuite, Salesforce, and Zuora. * Finance ecosystem management: own technical integrity of integrations with NetSuite, Salesforce, Zuora, Certinia, Coupa, Zip; lead complex build-outs like revenue recognition triggers and multi-currency reconciliations; partner with Finance to translate goals into technical roadmaps. * Mentorship and team scaling: provide technical oversight, conduct code reviews to uphold standards, refine Agile processes with clear Jira stories and LOE estimations. Tasks * 7+ years of integration engineering experience in Finance/FinTech * Expert in Workato (AI-native features); experience with MuleSoft, Boomi, or SnapLogic a plus * Strong AI-assisted development capabilities; ability to optimize SQL, JavaScript/Python, and API mappings using AI * Deep understanding of financial data objects (Invoices, GL Strings, Purchase Orders, Revenue Schedules) and data flows between SaaS platforms * Advanced Python or JavaScript, expert SQL, and REST/SOAP/Webhooks * Exceptional communication to influence technical and non-technical stakeholders Key requirements * equity compensation * bonus incentive compensation * full-time employment
