Systems Integration Specialist Advisor

Experteer Overview In this role, you design, implement, and support enterprise networks spanning on-prem data centers and cloud, focusing on routing, switching, and data center technologies. You will work with customers, architects, and cloud engineers to deliver scalable, secure, and resilient network solutions. The position emphasizes hybrid connectivity, multi-vendor environments, and network security integration, with a focus on real-world impact and modernization. You’ll engage in workshops, runbooks, and designs that align with business needs, while leading implementations and migrations. Compensation / Benefits * Design and implement enterprise routing and switching solutions for campus, branch, and data center environments * Create hybrid connectivity architectures linking on-prem infrastructure with AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud * Develop high-availability, scalable network topologies and participate in modernization initiatives * Configure, optimize, and troubleshoot Layer 2/3 networks, VLANs, STP, VPC/MLAG, OSPF, BGP, EIGRP, IS-IS, VXLAN EVPN * Support data center switching platforms and spine-leaf architectures (Cisco Nexus, ACI; Arista EOS; Juniper QFX; VMware NSX integration) * Design and maintain cloud network connectivity (VPNs, Direct Connect/ExpressRoute/Interconnect, Transit Gateways, cloud firewalls/load balancers) * Collaborate with cloud engineering on infrastructure automation and IaC initiatives * Engage with customers to elicit requirements, conduct workshops and health checks, and produce design/runbooks * Perform root cause analysis for complex incidents and provide escalation support, monitoring for SLA compliance Tasks * Bachelor’s degree in CS, IT, Engineering, or related field * 7+ years in enterprise networking and data center environments * Strong expertise in routing and switching protocols and architectures * Experience with hybrid cloud networking solutions * Multi-vendor experience (Cisco, Juniper, Arista, VMware networking technologies) * Strong understanding of network security fundamentals and segmentation * Experience with network monitoring and troubleshooting tools Key requirements *
