Senior Software Engineer, Fullstack

You will work across backend, frontend, and infrastructure to deliver reliable, compliant software that supports patient outcomes. Compensation / Benefits * Solve interesting problems with code and build new features for internal and external users * Refactor and improve existing systems to enhance maintainability * Work across diverse systems and technologies, sometimes on low-level work and other times with front-end teams * Drive the architecture of the application platform in line with the product roadmap * Collaborate with product, design, ML, and infrastructure teams * Uphold engineering standards through code reviews, testing, and integration * Mentor teammates and share knowledge * Ensure code quality and accountability for deliverables * Contribute to a SaaS platform used in clinical trial workflows with reliability and data integrity * Collaborate with clinical, QA, and regulatory teams to meet validation and inspection readiness Tasks * Bachelor in Computer Science or equivalent * 5+ years of full life cycle development experience * Proficient in designing and building Python-based applications (FastAPI or Django) * Experience with modern frontend JavaScript frameworks (React, Vue) * Solid foundation in data structures, algorithms, and OO design * Ability to collaborate with distributed teams and work autonomously * Strong problem-solving skills in a fast-paced, agile environment * Cloud experience with AWS (knowledge of IaC is a plus) * Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools (GitLab CI a plus) * Knowledge of containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes) a plus Key requirements * base salary * on-target commission * annual bonus targets
