Full Stack Engineer - Equities Autocallables

Experteer Overview In this role you will enhance a real-time trade capture platform as part of a global team, with a focus on a Private Credit buildout around equities and options. You will deliver high-quality Java services and Kafka streaming, driving integration with downstream systems for P&L, risk, and reporting. You will work closely with traders, PMs, operations, and risk teams to translate requirements into robust solutions. You’ll contribute to low-latency, high-availability components and maintain production reliability through CI/CD and observability practices. Compensation / Benefits * Design, develop, and maintain Java-based services for real-time trade capture * Build and support Kafka-based streaming pipelines for data normalization and distribution * Collaborate with portfolio managers, traders, operations, and risk teams to translate requirements * Contribute to architecture for low-latency, high-availability distributed systems * Write and maintain unit/integration/regression tests; participate in code and design reviews * Monitor and troubleshoot production trading workflows, including on-call rotation * Enhance CI/CD pipelines, deployment automation, and observability with DevOps/Platform teams * Participate in global team ceremonies and drive continuous improvement of development processes Tasks * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field * 5+ years of professional software development with Java 17+ (core, collections, concurrency, JVM) * 2+ years frontend experience using Typescript/Javascript (Angular in this role) * Strong knowledge of Kafka for streaming/real-time pipelines * Familiarity with SQL databases such as Postgres and SQLServer * Experience with unit and integration testing frameworks * Experience with CI/CD (Jenkins) and DevOps practices * Ability to troubleshoot production and integration issues under time pressure * Strong communication, ownership, and ability to work across time zones * Proven ability to learn existing systems, data models, and business processes Key requirements * discretionary performance bonus * comprehensive benefits package * base salary
