SRE

o 7+ years of experience within Cloud Engineering/Architecture, Platform Engineering, SRE, or a similar hands-on engineering environment o Strong cloud engineering/architecture experience with Azure, AWS, any cloud - Azure preferred o Strong Kubernetes experience, including deploying and operating services/applications o Strong understanding of Git/source control and CI/CD pipelines, including how pipelines are designed, built, and used o Hands-on scripting experience (Python, PowerShell, Bash, or similar) with the ability to write scripts to automate processes, troubleshoot issues, and improve operational efficiency. o Strong monitoring/observability knowledge - understands what should be monitored, why it matters, and how to use telemetry to troubleshoot problems o Experience with automation/scripting/coding to improve processes and create efficiencies o Understanding of reliability concepts including SLOs, SLAs, error budgets, RTO/RPO, and disaster recovery o Strong critical-thinking/problem-solving skills - must be able to independently uncover requirements, evaluate options, and recommend a solution
