Computational Fluid Dynamics Analyst

Experteer Overview In this role you will advance simulation capabilities for complex aerodynamic systems within ORNL’s Advanced Engineering Technologies group. You will develop and use CFD tools to model flows relevant to nuclear nonproliferation, collaborating with investigators and sponsors to push research impact. You’ll validate models, streamline workflows, and communicate findings to the development team. This position offers hands-on software development in a research setting with opportunities to shape tooling and contribute to R&D projects. You’ll work in a mission-driven environment focused on security and scientific discovery.
