Decision Scientist Lead

Experteer Overview In this role you lead and shape Data 360 analytics, partnering with executives to drive data-informed decisions. You will guide a cross-functional team delivering descriptive and prescriptive insights, influence the product roadmap, and expand Data 360 adoption. You’ll collaborate across the company to solve complex business problems and deliver scalable data products and dashboards. Compensation / Benefits * Serve as thought leader to senior leaders (GM, COO, Product Owners) on Data 360 * Guide a cross-functional team of analysts, data engineers, and visualization engineers on analytics projects * Develop deep cross-functional relationships to prioritize work and solve complex problems * Inform and drive Data 360 product analytics roadmap, dashboards, and data products * Lead roadmap coordination with partners to maximize impact and adoption * Create metrics and product insights to grow Data 360 adoption and usage Tasks * 8+ years in data science or analytics with proven impact * MBA or Master in Technology (CS/CE/economics/ applied math/ statistics/ engineering) * Experience presenting to senior executives and delivering enterprise-scale predictive modeling * Strong written and verbal communication; able to influence across levels * Proven ability to think creatively and solve tough problems * Proficiency in statistics or ML, data manipulation, product analytics, and statistical analysis Key requirements * time off programs * medical, dental, vision * paid parental leave * life and disability insurance * 401(k) * employee stock purchasing program
