Decision Scientist Lead

Experteer Overview In this role you lead data foundation and analytics work for Data 360, partnering with senior leaders to guide the product analytics roadmap. You’ll oversee a cross-functional team of analysts, data engineers, and visualization engineers to translate business questions into data-driven insights. You will shape adoption and value through descriptive and prescriptive analytics and influence product direction. Compensation / Benefits * Act as trusted advisor to GMs, COOs, Product Owners and cross-functional leaders for Data 360 * Lead a fast-paced team delivering descriptive and prescriptive analytics to inform business decisions * Develop deep cross-functional relationships to prioritize impactful work and solve complex problems * Inform product roadmap and release data products, dashboards, and analytics for Data 360 * Guide roadmap and collaboration to grow Data 360 adoption and usage * Coordinate with partners to balance strategic goals with execution * Oversee data-driven insights that influence enterprise-scale predictive modeling initiatives Tasks * 8+ years of experience in data science or analytics with demonstrated impact * Proven track record delivering enterprise-scale predictive modeling initiatives * Experience with senior executive communication and influence * Strong background in statistics, machine learning, data manipulation, and analytics * Proficient in Python or R (PyData stack) * Mastery of SQL and experience with cloud data warehouses * Experience leveraging AI tools to enhance workflows * Willingness to work across a global team and time zones * MBA or Master in Technology (quantitative field) Key requirements * medical, dental, vision * mental health support * paid parental leave * 401(k) * employee stock purchasing program * time off programs
