Experteer Overview As a Software Engineering Lead, you guide a high-performing team to design, build, and operate scalable, secure software for scholarly publishing. You will provide hands-on technical direction while mentoring engineers and owning delivery. You’ll shape architecture, drive engineering practices, and ensure quality, security, and maintainability. This mission-driven role sits at the intersection of product goals and cross-functional collaboration, offering impact across manuscript submission, peer review, and publishing workflows. You will partner with Product, Architecture, Design, and DevOps to advance a collaborative engineering culture and deliver value.
