Experteer Overview As a Staff Engineer at Carta you will own the long-term technical health of your business unit and shape strategic directions across domains. You’ll tackle complex, poorly defined problems and drive systemic improvements to improve scalability and reliability. You’ll bridge gaps between cross-functional teams and lead the AI-enabled transformation while mentoring others. This role sits at the core of Carta’s mission to build a connected ERP for private markets and scale engineering impact.
