Job description

Experteer Overview In this role you will design and deliver scalable tooling to support Region Reliability Operations across ADC regions, aligning with the AWS Infrastructure Services mission. You will work with a cross-functional team to close tooling gaps and improve operational excellence, enabling reliable regional operations at scale. You’ll contribute across the full development lifecycle and communicate progress to stakeholders. This position requires handling sensitive, government-related work with appropriate clearances, adding meaningful impact through automation and reliability. Compensation / Benefits * Design, develop, and implement scalable tooling to address complex challenges in ADC regions * Engage in end-to-end project lifecycle from ideation to deployment * Code in multiple languages to enhance or create tooling and automation * Provide transparent status updates and milestones to stakeholders Tasks * Bachelor’s degree * CSSLP (Certified Secure Software Lifecycle Professional) or equivalent * 3+ years of non-internship software development experience * 2+ years of design or architecture experience focusing on reliability and scaling * Experience programming with at least one programming language * Current, active TS/SCI security clearance with Polygraph Key requirements * health insurance (medical, dental, vision) * 401(k) matching * paid time off * parential leave * RSUs * sign-on payments
