Experteer Overview Lead the architectural design and delivery of a scalable AI-enabled HR platform on AWS. You will mentor engineers, establish standards, and drive cross-team initiatives to translate complex HR requirements into robust technical solutions. You’ll design AI-powered features, ensure secure data integration across HR systems, and champion reliable, maintainable systems.
