Job description

Experteer Overview In this role you own the technical health and performance of iconbuild.com within the Marketing & Customer Experience team. You will blend frontend craft with backend support, turning designer concepts into pixel-perfect, responsive web experiences while keeping the site fast and reliable. You collaborate across marketing, design, and engineering to drive campaigns and brand initiatives. This onsite role in Austin, TX sits at the intersection of design, content, and engineering, offering both maintenance and momentum. Compensation / Benefits * Own day-to-day technical health of iconbuild.com: monitor for bugs, rendering issues, and performance across browsers/devices * Triage and resolve site issues quickly with clear stakeholder communication * Manage CMS updates, plugin/dependency maintenance, and platform upgrades with minimal disruption * Maintain backups, version control, and staging for safe deployments * Build and maintain pages, templates, modules, and interactive features for campaigns and launches * Collaborate with design/marketing to translate Figma mockups into pixel-accurate experiences * Develop reusable components and front-end systems that scale with growth * Integrate third-party tools and APIs (CRM, analytics, forms, chat, marketing automation) * Audit and improve site speed, Core Web Vitals, and technical SEO health * Optimize assets and implement caching, lazy loading, and performance best practices * Work with SEO/content teams on structured data, meta tags, redirects, and site architecture improvements * Implement and maintain robust tracking: GTM, GA4, pixel integrations, event tracking * Own GA4 properties: data streams, audiences, attribution, funnel reporting * Build dashboards consolidating data from GA4, HubSpot, Search Console, paid media, and CRM * Collaborate with engineering on code reviews, documentation, and minor feature work as capacity allows * Bridge marketing and engineering through clear communication and issue triage * Document site architecture, code standards, and processes for maintainability * Serve as primary technical partner for marketing, coordinating with external agencies as needed * Support backend bug fixes, internal tooling, API troubleshooting during slower web periods * Ensure accessibility per WCAG standards and push back constructively when needed * Proactively identify and fix issues before they impact users Tasks * 3+ years of professional web development experience with a strong portfolio * Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and TypeScript with clean, semantic code * Solid experience with Webflow, including custom theme/template development * Familiarity with React or Vue and working within existing codebases * Working knowledge of Node.js, Python, RESTful APIs, and databases (SQL/NoSQL) * Experience with Git and CI/CD pipelines and staging environments * Familiarity with Figma for collaborating with design teams * Expertise with Google Tag Manager (custom triggers, data layer, cross-domain tracking) * Advanced GA4 proficiency (event config, audiences, attribution, Looker Studio) * Experience building dashboards aggregating data from GA4, HubSpot, Search Console, and CRMs * Awareness of WCAG accessibility standards in development * Strong communication to translate technical constraints for non-technical stakeholders * Proactive ownership mindset and reliability in problem-solving * Desire to work across marketing and engineering to deliver on time Key requirements *
