Job description

We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Web Designer to join our creative team!   • Implement responsive designs that adapt seamlessly across devices, ensuring optimal user experiences on desktops, tablets, and smartphones.
  • Utilize scripting languages like JavaScript and Python to add interactive elements and improve website functionality.
  • Conduct usability testing, A/B testing, and web analytics analysis using tools such as Google Analytics 360, Adobe Analytics, and Google Analytics to optimize site performance.
  • Maintain content management systems (CMS) like SharePoint or custom platforms to update and manage website content efficiently.
  • Create detailed information architecture diagrams with tools like Visio or Omnigraffle to organize site structure logically.

Requirements

Do you have experience in Data-driven problem-solving?, * Strong proficiency in UI/UX design principles with a keen eye for aesthetics and usability.

  • Extensive experience with wireframing and prototyping tools including Figma, Adobe XD, InVision, Sketch, and Balsamiq.
  • Knowledge of scripting languages such as JavaScript and Python for enhancing website interactivity.
  • Expertise in web analytics platforms like Google Analytics (including Google Analytics 360), Adobe Analytics, and Adobe Target for data-driven decision-making.
  • Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) such as SharePoint or similar platforms.
  • Ability to perform user research, analyze data insights, and translate findings into actionable design improvements.
  • Understanding of information architecture principles to create logical navigation structures that improve user flow.
