Experteer Overview As a data scientist at Booz Allen, you turn complex data into actionable insights to support global challenges across sectors. You will collaborate with clients to uncover questions, build models, and deploy analyses that inform decision-making. You’ll craft advanced analytics and AI/ML solutions, including retrieval, cleaning, modeling, and visualization, to transform disparate data into meaningful outcomes. Compensation / Benefits * Develop and deploy advanced analytics and AI/ML models * retrieve, clean, and prepare data for modeling and visualization * analyze data from structured and unstructured sources to provide actionable insights * communicate findings to non-technical leadership and stakeholders * work with DoD/IC clients on classified networks and ensure compliance with security requirements * evaluate model accuracy and conduct testing, documenting results * collaborate with clients to understand questions and translate them into analytical deliverables * visualize complex data and risks to inform go/no-go decisions Tasks * 3+ years correlating complex technical findings into narrative products (visual, written, verbal) * Experience building analytics and AI/ML models, including tools leveraging LLMs or agentic AI * Experience with working on classified networks in support of DoW or IC clients * Ability to visualize complex data for non-technical leadership and articulate go/no-go criteria * Active TS/SCI clearance; willingness to take a polygraph * Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of related techniques or 7+ years without a degree in relevant fields Key requirements * health benefits * life insurance * disability benefits * retirement benefits * paid leave * tuition assistance
