Experteer Overview In this role you will advance analytics and AI/ML work within the National Security team. You will steer data exploration and analytics projects, operationalize models, and contribute to data architecture and cloud-enabled solutions for the Intelligence Community. You’ll apply innovative AI/ML methods and develop publications and code contributions, shaping impactful, real-world analytics. This position blends research with practical delivery and offers ongoing skill development and cross-functional collaboration. Compensation / Benefits * Steer complex data exploration and analytics projects * Operationalize models and develop automated analytic software * Design data architectures and leverage cloud platforms for intelligence work * Apply AI/ML methodologies to real-world problems in the Intelligence Community * Contribute to industry-facing publications, patents, and presentations Tasks * 3+ years of experience in data science, engineering, analytics, or computer science * 2+ years of experience using Python or R * Experience with version control tools (git, GitLab, GitHub, or Bitbucket) * Knowledge of statistical analysis, predictive modeling, and machine learning methods * Ability to design and develop automated analytic software and algorithms * Ability to integrate and extend FOSS or COTS products * Ability to generate data visualizations with Tableau, Power BI, or ArcGIS * Active TS/SCI clearance; willingness to take a polygraph exam * Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields or 4+ years of equivalent experience Key requirements * health benefits * life insurance * disability benefits * retirement benefits * paid leave * professional development
