Manager, Software Engineering - Integrations

Experteer Overview In this role you lead a team of software experts to build scalable, mission-critical cloud-based systems while staying hands-on with code. You drive architectural decisions, mentor engineers, and collaborate with product and client teams to deliver impactful features. You will shape high-availability data pipelines and real-time data ingestion capabilities that support public safety solutions. This role blends leadership with technical execution in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.
