Sr Systems Integration & Test Engineer - Onsite

Experteer Overview In this role you will lead the integration, verification, and validation of complex ground systems for Space ISR programs. You will work within an Agile Release Train and partner with cross-functional teams to ensure system performance and reliability. You will develop and execute test plans, automate verification, and troubleshoot issues to enable mission-ready solutions. This position is onsite in Aurora, CO and offers opportunities to influence critical defense capabilities. Compensation / Benefits * Collaborate with a cross-disciplinary team to deliver advanced ground system solutions * Perform system integration and testing as part of an Agile Release Train * Identify and address technical issues during software/hardware integration * Develop and run automated test scripts for system verification and validation * Troubleshoot and debug system-level issues to ensure reliability * Contribute to Agile development activities within a cross-functional program environment Tasks * Bachelor’s Degree in STEM and 5+ years of relevant experience * Experience with systems integration and testing in an Agile CI/CD environment (regression testing, scripting, automation) * Experience in software development within mission domains like command and control ground systems or space ISR platforms * Hands-on systems integration and test engineering experience * Troubleshooting and debugging software-based systems * Experience with Linux Red Hat and scripting in Python and/or Perl * Active TS/SCI security clearance * Knowledge of DevOps/DevSecOps in Agile environments (preferred) * Experience with satellite ground system development or operations (preferred) * Experience with test automation tools and programming languages (Java, C++, Python) * Experience with Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket) * Experience with test automation tools (Cucumber, Gherkin, Zephyr) Key requirements * Relocation eligible * Medical, dental, vision * 401(k) match * Paid time off * Flexible work schedules * Parental leave
