Experteer Overview As Staff Systems Engineer at RTX, you will provide enterprise-wide systems engineering and integration support for an operational government customer within the Intelligence Community. You will manage projects from inception through transition, coordinating with stakeholders to enable informed decisions on installations and upgrades. The role combines technical problem solving with cross-functional collaboration in a secure SCIF environment. You’ll contribute to mission-critical objectives and help shape system integration approaches for complex acquisitions. Compensation / Benefits * Provide systems engineering and integration support to assess, plan, coordinate, schedule and implement projects from inception through system transition * Gather detailed information, analyze problems, and determine appropriate resolutions * Communicate with program teams, contractors, and government stakeholders to influence policies and practices * Manage system integration projects and supply reliable data to enable informed customer decisions on installations, integration checkout and test of modifications and upgrades * Support RFC impact reviews and assessments * Collaborate with internal/external customers across government, military, SETA, and contractor environments Tasks * Bachelor in STEM or equivalent experience with 8+ years in engineering * Experience with Systems Engineering including installation, integration and test support * Experience in engineering technical and project management * Experience working with government, military, SETA, and contractor teams * Experience with Request For Change (RFC) impact reviews and assessments * Active TS/SCI with CI Poly security clearance and U.S. citizenship Key requirements * Relocation assistance * medical, dental, vision * 401(k) match * flexible work schedules * paid time off * Employee Scholar Program
