Experteer Overview In this senior role, you will lead the Advisory practice’s multi-year strategy and transformation program, partnering with the National Managing Principal to drive growth and improve EBITDA. You’ll translate strategic priorities into actionable plans, align multiple geographies and functions, and foster a culture of delivery excellence. The position sits at the top of the Advisory leadership, shaping how the firm competes and delivers client value. This is a high-impact, cross-functional role that combines strategy, change management, and stakeholder influence. Compensation / Benefits * Own and evolve the Advisory practice’s multi-year strategic plan in collaboration with leadership * Translate strategy into priorities, investments, and governance with disciplined planning cycles * Achieve cross-geo alignment and ensure strategy is actively lived across the organization * Lead client-centric, solution-oriented go-to-market and delivery models * Design and guide the transformation program including operating model, tech enablement, and workforce change * Establish program infrastructure: workstreams, milestones, risk, benefits realization, interdependencies * Mobilize internal talent and, where needed, augment with external skills to accelerate change * Maintain visibility of the transformation agenda with high-level sponsors and stakeholders Tasks * Bachelor’s degree, required * MBA or Master’s degree, preferred * Fifteen+ years of senior leadership experience in strategy, transformation, or business leadership * Proven track record delivering large-scale transformation programs * Experience in a Big 4 or mid-tier professional services/firm environment, with partnership model exposure * Strong financial literacy and ability to interpret practice-level performance data * Proficient in Microsoft Office; Smartsheet and Oracle ERP familiarity are preferred Key requirements * ESOP ownership * Total Rewards benefits
