Data Analyst Consultant

Keystone Solutions is seeking a Data Analyst for a consultancy mission at a client site. The role involves acting as an interface between various stakeholders, including data managers, governance teams, and technical teams, to enhance the quality and usability of enterprise data., * Analyze candidate data sources for the Enterprise Reference Framework to assess relevance, quality, integration methods, and organizational impacts.

• Coordinate with data managers to identify and mobilize stakeholders for each data source.
• Organize and facilitate analysis meetings with data managers, business experts, technical teams, and project stakeholders.
• Document results in the form of reports, analysis summaries, and recommendations for governance.
• Conduct functional and business analysis of data, including identifying data managers, documenting data definitions, and characterizing data sensitivity and quality.
• Document current data exchange modalities and identify existing exposure mechanisms and integration constraints.
• Identify contributions to the Enterprise Reference Framework and document data definitions, origins, and quality expectations.
• Analyze usage opportunities of the Reference Framework data by business applications.
• Construct and maintain an inventory of enterprise-related data within SPW systems.
• Characterize and qualify data for governance and sharing, including sensitivity levels and compliance with regulations.
• Facilitate the creation of a common taxonomy and harmonize definitions across data sources.
• Clarify data management responsibilities and identify legitimate data owners.
• Contribute to the identification of reference data for the Enterprise Reference Framework.
