Job description
Technology Operations Analyst provides support to Team Support and field operations team members. A critical component of the role is to maintain positive relationships with all team members, management, and third party vendor personnel, and to create more effective ways of using and supporting technology systems (Hardware and Software).
The Analyst will perform daily maintenance tasks, respond to complex support requests, and provide proactive service with the goal of allowing the business to function without interference from technology outages, bugs, or delays.
- Provides focus on Customer Service Excellence for team members to solve technical business service requests and issues.
- Adhere to Technology Team established, documented development and support processes, team and company policies and best practices
- Work within established end user support protocols to include procurement of hardware and tools, event setup and support, etc.
- Adhere and insure team adherence to Technology Team established, documented development and support processes, team and company policies and best practices
- Identifies requirements for long-term solutions on reoccurring break/fix items for engineering team.
- Ordering, auditing and maintaining technical tools in the field.
- Meet established service level agreements for assigned work.
- Collaborate with Technology Operations Analysts and 3rd party support to resolve escalated service tickets.
- Dispatch 3rd Party service providers for handling on-site support tasks (with manager approval).
- Assist in training of Team Members in utilization of systems and tools.
- Continual education about MarineMax operations and computer systems in general.
- Provides technical leadership and training for Technology Operations Analysts team.
- Communicate with the Service Manager about all “Critical” requests submitted.
- Work with the overall objectives established by the Operations Manager.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Participate in team meetings as necessary.
- Availability for flexible on-call rotation.
- Occasional travel may be required.
- Occasional heavy lifting maybe required (Computer, Routers, Switches, etc.)KEY SKILLS
Requirements
Do you have experience in macOS administration?, Do you have a Bachelor’s degree?, * Excellent Verbal/Phone and Written communication skills.
- Bachelor degree in MIS or related field preferred or work experience.
- Apple Device Management and support, O365, MacOS, Windows,
- Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with a variety of troubleshooting tools techniques and ticketing systems.
- Proficient with Windows 10, Chrome, Active Directory and Microsoft Office Suite (Office 365).
- Hands-on experience with desktop/laptop configurations and troubleshooting.
- CompTIA certification a plus, * macOS: 1 year (Required)
