About the Role: As the Data Insights Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the SCC’s transition to a service-led operating model. Your mission? To enhance data visibility, drive performance reporting, and develop key performance indicators (KPIs) and key risk indicators (KRIs) that empower decision-making and continuous improvement!, 1. Service Performance & Insight: - Develop impactful performance reporting and dashboards. - Create and refine KPIs and KRIs to support strategic initiatives. - Conduct trend analysis and generate insightful reports.

1. Data Management & Reporting: - Enhance the quality and consistency of operational data. - Streamline reporting processes and automate reporting tasks. - Provide support for Power BI and other reporting tools.
2. Service Catalogue & Performance Framework: - Assist in developing the SCC Service Catalogue and performance framework. - Ensure services are well-defined, owned, and measurable. - Align performance measures with SCC objectives.
3. Continuous Improvement & Operational Support: - Identify opportunities for process enhancements. - Support governance activities and provide recommendations for improvement.

Expected Deliverables: During your time in this role, you will contribute to:

• Establishing the SCC Service Catalogue and performance framework.
• Developing and implementing a robust KPI and KRI framework.
• Creating effective performance dashboards and reporting capabilities.
• Enhancing visibility of demand, performance, and risk across SCC operations.
• Ensuring sustainable reporting processes that continue beyond your tenure.

• Strong Microsoft Excel skills and proficiency in Power BI (or similar tools).
• Ability to interpret complex datasets and communicate findings effectively.
• Experience in producing reports and performance insights.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.

Desirable:

• Familiarity with IT Service Management, Security Operations, or Facilities Management.
• Experience in defining KPIs, KRIs, or service performance measures.
• Knowledge of service catalogues and service management frameworks.

Security & Compliance Requirements:
