Job description

Provide functional subject matter expertise in support of a large-scale SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA transformation. This role will serve as a key business process advisor for Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Procurement, Logistics, Warehouse, Maintenance, or related operational functions, helping validate requirements, evaluate SAP best practices, and support successful solution adoption. Key Responsibilities

Serve as the functional subject matter expert for Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Procurement, Logistics, Warehouse, Maintenance, or related business processes.
Provide detailed knowledge of current-state business operations, requirements, process challenges, and improvement opportunities.
Participate in process design workshops and fit-to-standard activities supporting the SAP S/4HANA transformation.
Review and validate business requirements, process designs, configuration decisions, and functional specifications.
Collaborate with Solution Architects, business stakeholders, consultants, and project teams to ensure solutions meet business objectives.
Support data validation, testing, defect resolution, user acceptance testing (UAT), and business process readiness activities.

Requirements

5+ years of experience supporting Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Procurement, Logistics, Warehouse, Maintenance, or related operational processes.
Strong understanding of end-to-end manufacturing and supply chain business operations.
Experience participating in ERP implementation, transformation, or process improvement initiatives.
Ability to translate business requirements into functional process recommendations.
Manufacturing industry experience.
Experience with SAP Signavio and SAP Cloud ALM.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience supporting SAP implementation or transformation programs.
Knowledge of SAP Supply Chain and Manufacturing solutions.
