Job description

We are seeking a highly analytical and technically strong Analyst, AI & Analytics to help transform reporting, analytics, and decision-making within an Executive and Equity Compensation function., * Re-engineer and automate recurring monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting, reconciliations, analyses, and decision-support workflows.

  • Analyze quantitative and qualitative compensation data to identify trends, gaps, anomalies, and opportunities for automation.
  • Build scalable data models, dashboards, reporting solutions, benchmarking tools, and scenario analyses.
  • Leverage approved AI tools to support data preparation, classification, reconciliation, anomaly detection, analysis, narrative generation, and ad hoc analysis.
  • Develop AI-enabled workflows, assistants, or agents using approved business data and documentation.
  • Translate ambiguous business problems into clear requirements, workflows, prototypes, and measurable outcomes.
  • Establish data definitions, validation rules, quality checks, documentation, and monitoring processes.
  • Create executive-ready dashboards, visualizations, and data-driven narratives.
  • Work with data from systems such as Workday, Vizier, stock administration platforms, and other HR/people systems.
  • Partner with People Analytics, HR Technology, Stock Administration, Payroll, Data Engineering, Privacy, Security, and Responsible AI teams.
  • Evaluate analytics and AI tools, including build-versus-buy options.
  • Develop reusable analytical and automation processes while maintaining data accuracy, security, confidentiality, and auditability., * Recurring reports and analyses become highly automated and significantly less dependent on manual effort.
  • Data quality, accuracy, auditability, and stakeholder confidence improve.
  • Leaders receive faster, clearer, and more actionable insights.
  • AI-enabled workflows are secure, explainable, measurable, reusable, and grounded in approved data.

Requirements

This role sits at the intersection of Data Analytics, Business Analysis, Applied AI, Automation, and Compensation. The ideal candidate is a hands-on problem solver who can take ambiguous business requirements, translate them into structured analytical solutions, and build scalable workflows using modern analytics and AI tools. Deep compensation experience is not required. We are primarily looking for candidates with strong quantitative problem-solving, data analytics, automation, AI fluency, business analysis, and technical skills., * 3 5+ years of experience in Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Business Systems, Data Science, Finance Analytics, HR Analytics, Consulting, or a related field.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Analytics, Technology, Business Systems, Data Science, Finance, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Strong quantitative and analytical problem-solving skills.
  • Experience using modern AI/GenAI tools to accelerate data analysis, data cleaning, scripting, reporting, and workflow automation.
  • Familiarity with prompt engineering, structured outputs, AI orchestration, or AI evaluation is a plus.
  • Demonstrated ability to take ambiguous business problems from concept through implementation and adoption.
  • Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills.
  • Experience with SQL, Python, R, or another scripting/automation language preferred.
  • Experience working with large and complex datasets.
  • Experience building data models, validation/reconciliation controls, and analytical reporting.
  • Experience creating dashboards using Power BI or comparable BI/visualization platforms., * Experience with Executive Compensation, Equity Compensation, Total Rewards, People Analytics, Finance Analytics, or Stock Administration.
  • Experience with Workday, HRIS, equity administration, or HR technology platforms.
  • Experience building AI-enabled analytics or automation workflows.
  • Experience with business process automation and data quality frameworks.
  • Experience communicating complex analytical findings to senior/executive stakeholders.
