Job description

The Business Analyst/ERP Specialist will work within the technology department, focusing on analyzing business processes and implementing ERP solutions to support operational goals and efficiency.

Analyze current business processes and identify areas for improvement.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document system requirements.
Implement and maintain ERP solutions to meet business needs.
Provide training and support to end-users of ERP systems.
Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
Ensure ERP solutions align with company objectives and compliance standards.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate ERP systems with other technologies.
Generate reports and provide insights to support decision-making processes.

Requirements
