Design and implement microservices-based solutions using Java, Spring Boot, Kafka, and related technologies. Perform code reviews and enforce development best practices and coding standards. Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and support System Integration Testing (SIT). Build, maintain, and optimize CI/CD pipelines for continuous delivery. Troubleshoot production issues and ensure application reliability and performance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver technical solutions. Participate actively in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and backlog refinement sessions.
