Requirements

Seeking a highly skilled Java Full Stack Lead Developer with 8+ years of experience in designing and delivering enterprise grade applications.
Strong expertise is required in Java (8/11/17+), Spring Boot, Microservices Architecture, REST APIs, Spring Security, JPA/Hibernate, React JS, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, Redux/Context API, and AWS Cloud Services (EC2, ECS/EKS, Lambda, S3, RDS, API Gateway, IAM, CloudWatch) .
Hands on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, Jenkins/GitHub Actions , and distributed systems is essential.
The role involves leading end to end application development, solution architecture, technical design reviews, code quality governance, mentoring development teams, and collaborating with cross functional stakeholders to deliver scalable, secure, high performance cloud native applications using Agile methodologies.
Proven leadership in technical decision making, troubleshooting complex production issues, and driving best practices across development and DevOps processes is highly preferred.
