Test Analyst

We are looking for an experienced Test Analyst to support a major business and technology transformation programme.

You will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of technology solutions through a combination of manual and automated testing, working closely with Business Analysts, Developers, Product Owners, Architects, and wider project teams., * Create and execute test plans, test cases, scenarios, and scripts.

• Perform functional, system, integration, regression, and end-to-end testing.
• Develop and maintain automated test scripts and frameworks.
• Identify, document, and manage defects through to resolution.
• Support test data preparation, environment validation, UAT, and release activities.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Produce test reports, quality metrics, and stakeholder updates.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of testing processes, automation, and QA practices.

• Strong experience as a Test Analyst, QA Analyst, or Automation Test Analyst.
• Proven experience across both manual and automated testing.
• Strong functional, integration, system, regression, and end-to-end testing experience.
• Experience working within Agile delivery environments.
• Good understanding of the software development and testing life cycles.
• Experience with defect management, test management, UAT, and release activities.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Technical Skills & Tools:

Testing & Automation: Postman, Selenium, Playwright, Cypress Delivery & DevOps: Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, Git Data: SQL Collaboration & Reporting: Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Teams

Hands-on experience with Postman and test management tools is expected, with exposure to automation frameworks, API testing, CI/CD environments, and SQL highly desirable.

Desirable Experience
