Job description

  • Design, develop, and maintain JBPM-based workflow solutions.
  • Model and implement business processes using BPMN 2.0.
  • Create and manage Process Definitions, Decision Tables, and Drools Business Rules.
  • Develop and administer JBPM workflows for process orchestration across BSS and OSS systems.
  • Implement case management, exception handling, and process optimization.
  • Collaborate with business and technical teams to automate and streamline telecom operations.

Requirements

We are seeking a JBPM Developer with strong Telecom domain expertise and business process management experience. The ideal candidate should possess strong business acumen, excellent stakeholder communication skills, and hands-on experience in designing and implementing workflow solutions across Telecom BSS/OSS environments., BPM / Telecom

  • Strong understanding of JBPM Workflow Engine.
  • Hands-on experience with BPMN 2.0 Process Modeling.
  • Expertise in Drools Rules Engine and Decision Tables.
  • Experience in workflow orchestration and business process automation.
  • Strong Telecom domain knowledge with exposure to BSS/OSS systems.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into process-driven solutions.

  • RESTful API Development & Integration
  • Microservices Architecture
  • SQL/Database Concepts
  • Git & CI/CD fundamentals, * Experience in Telecom transformation or workflow automation programs.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
