Requirements

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
6+ years of backend, platform, or software engineering experience.
Strong experience designing and building distributed systems and internal platforms.
Proficiency in Java, Go, Scala, Rust, or C++.
Hands-on experience with Kafka, Pulsar, NATS, or other event-driven technologies.
Strong knowledge of relational, NoSQL, and search databases.
Experience leading technical projects and collaborating across teams.
Excellent communication, documentation, and mentoring skills., * Experience with Kubernetes and platform engineering.
Contributions to open-source infrastructure projects.
Knowledge of service mesh, workflow orchestration, or platform APIs.
