Job description

Design, develop, and maintain scalable, cloud-native applications and microservices using Java, Python, and Microsoft Azure.
Build secure RESTful APIs, distributed systems, and data-intensive solutions leveraging Azure Databricks, Apache Spark, and Delta Lake.
Deliver production-ready software following Agile, DevOps, CI/CD, and cloud engineering best practices.
Take end-to-end ownership of applications and services across design, development, deployment, monitoring, and production support.
Leverage AI-powered development tools and engineering practices to accelerate software delivery, improve code quality, automate workflows, and enhance developer productivity.
Develop reusable AI-driven solutions to streamline engineering processes and reduce manual effort.
Identify and implement opportunities to improve engineering efficiency, automation, and software quality through AI adoption.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, functional leaders, product owners, architects, and engineering teams to translate business requirements into scalable technology solutions.
Stay current with emerging AI technologies and contribute to the adoption of responsible AI practices across the engineering organization.

Requirements

Strong hands-on experience in Java, Python, Azure, Azure Databricks, and Microservices architecture.
Proven experience building and deploying scalable cloud-native enterprise applications.
Deep understanding of modern SDLC, Agile delivery, DevOps, CI/CD, and software engineering best practices.
Demonstrated ability to leverage AI Tools and techniques to accelerate software delivery, improve code quality, automate engineering processes, enhance developer productivity, and drive innovation across the software lifecycle.
Ability to work closely with business stakeholders, functional leaders, product owners, and technical teams to translate business requirements into scalable, value-driven technology solutions.
Strong ownership mindset with the ability to drive solutions end-to-end, from requirements and design through deployment and production support.
