Job description

Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade applications using Java 17+, Spring Boot, and Microservices Architecture.
Build and consume REST APIs and integrate backend services with AI platforms.
Develop and integrate Generative AI/LLM-powered solutions into enterprise applications and business workflows.
Implement Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions to enhance AI response quality and accuracy.
Design and optimize context assembly and retrieval mechanisms for Large Language Models (LLMs).
Develop AI orchestration workflows using modern AI frameworks and tools.
Integrate and optimize Azure OpenAI/OpenAI APIs for conversational AI and intelligent automation use cases.
Create, test, and refine prompts to improve AI-generated outputs.
Implement AI response validation, monitoring, compliance checks, and guardrails for production-grade applications.
Develop solutions for transcript processing, content summarization, and AI-assisted documentation generation.
Collaborate with Product Owners, Architects, and Business Stakeholders to identify and implement AI use cases.
Ensure application scalability, security, performance, and adherence to software engineering best practices.

Requirements

5+ years of experience in Java-based enterprise application development.
Strong expertise in Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs).
Experience with Azure OpenAI or OpenAI APIs.
Proficiency in Spring Boot and REST API Development.
Knowledge of Microservices Architecture., * Java (Java 17+ preferred).
