Chief Technology Officer

We’re looking for a CTO who’s as comfortable in the code as they are shaping engineering vision. Day 1 looks different depending on who you are – we care more about finding the right person than fitting a rigid job spec.

You’ll co-own a dual-product stack: DOSE for Adults (Flutter/Dart, Firebase, Supabase) and DOSE Academy for adolescents (React Native/Expo). You’ll work directly with the founder and a lean, talented team building something that genuinely changes lives.

Do you have experience in React Native?, * Proven experience across mobile development (Flutter and/or React Native strongly preferred)

• Comfort with AI integration, Supabase, and modern app architecture
• The ability to build AND lead – we’re early, so both matter
• A bias toward shipping and iterating over perfecting and waiting
• Alignment with our mission: ADHD isn’t a deficit, it’s a different operating system
