Enterprise Data Platform Architect

Define target architecture and multi-year technical roadmaps for enterprise cloud data platforms.

10 or more years of experience in building large-scale enterprise cloud data platforms. Proficiency in cloud data platforms including Snowflake, Databricks, AWS, and Azure. Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform for automated cloud deployment. Experience in enterprise security controls, IAM, RBAC, data encryption, and DevSecOps integrations. Experience with multi-tenant data architecture design, containerized applications, and API-first frameworks. Experience in building reusable cloud data products, AI-ready infrastructure, and multi-agency onboarding patterns. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Engineer MVP data platforms and shared cloud services utilizing Snowflake, Databricks, AWS, and Azure. Construct infrastructure as code templates using Terraform to automate secure cloud deployment. Partner with CISO and GRC teams to embed IAM, RBAC, encryption, and audit capabilities into platform design. Architect secure multi-tenant data environments capable of serving multiple business units with data co-mingling controls. Build reusable data products, API-first information sharing services, and AI-ready platform infrastructure. Establish engineering standards, operational guardrails, and DevSecOps practices across organizational delivery teams.
