Job description
We are looking for a skilled Data Scientist to analyze complex datasets, develop predictive models, and provide data-driven insights that support business decisions. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in machine learning, statistical analysis, Python, SQL, and data visualization. Key Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, preprocess, and analyze structured and unstructured data.
- Develop and deploy machine learning and statistical models.
- Perform exploratory data analysis and identify meaningful patterns and trends.
- Build predictive and classification models using appropriate algorithms.
- Evaluate model performance and optimize models for accuracy and scalability.
- Work with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into analytical solutions.
- Create dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate insights effectively.
- Perform feature engineering, model validation, and hyperparameter tuning.
- Collaborate with Data Engineers, Software Engineers, and Business Teams.
- Monitor deployed models and improve performance based on new data.
- Document methodologies, analysis, models, and results.

- Experience working with large datasets and databases.
- Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
Benefits & conditions
₹8 LPA - ₹20 LPA, depending on experience and skill set.
