AGENCY FISCAL DATA ADMINISTRATOR ((Fiscal Services Administrator I))

The main purpose of this position is to manage, direct, plan, schedule and administer the Financial Management Information Systems (FMIS) for the Maryland Department of Health while working with and for State control agencies. FMIS consists of ADHOC and PC Focus Application Development and R*STARS and ADPICS Systems Management. This position also serves as special assistant to the Chief Financial Officer and Deputy Chief Financial Officer and performs non-FMIS related duties in special projects. This position is also responsible for reports for the Office of Budget and Management, Office of the Secretary, other divisions within MDH, and other state agencies (DBM, DLS).

Qualified candidates must possess a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university, at least five years of professional fiscal experience. Candidates may substitute additional professional fiscal work experience on a year-for-year basis for the required education., * Strong accounting knowledge/experience
