Job description

  • Design and architect enterprise web applications using .NET and Azure technologies
  • Lead solution design, technical strategy, and architectural decision-making
  • Translate business requirements into scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions
  • Develop and implement cloud-native applications leveraging Azure PaaS services
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, product owners, architects, and development teams
  • Perform hands-on development, code reviews, troubleshooting, and technical mentoring
  • Establish development standards, design patterns, and best practices
  • Drive performance optimization, scalability improvements, and system integrations
  • Guide technical teams and support delivery throughout the software development lifecycle

Requirements

Are you a technical leader who enjoys both architecting enterprise solutions and staying hands-on with development? We’re seeking a Lead .NET Developer / Solution Architect to drive technical strategy, design scalable cloud solutions, and lead development teams through successful delivery.

This is not just a senior developer position. We’re looking for someone who can independently define architecture, influence technical direction, engage with business stakeholders, and mentor development teams while remaining actively involved in coding and solution implementation., 7+ years of software development experience, including technical leadership responsibilities Deep expertise with .NET Framework / .NET Core Proven experience in solution architecture, application design, and technical leadership Strong experience with Azure technologies, including:

  • Azure App Service
  • Azure Functions
  • Azure SQL Database
  • Microsoft Fabric
  • Azure PaaS services

Advanced SQL skills including:

  • Complex query development
  • Stored procedures
  • Data modeling
  • Database performance tuning

Hands-on experience with Blazor and/or ASP.NET MVC Experience leading and collaborating with offshore development teams Strong communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders Ability to mentor developers and guide technical strategy

Preferred Experience

Microservices architecture design and implementation Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and automated deployments Docker and containerization technologies JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3 Agile/Scrum environments Consulting or client-facing experience, * Strong architectural and design decision-making experience

  • Technical leadership and team mentorship capabilities
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
  • A balance of strategic thinking and hands-on coding expertise
  • Experience delivering enterprise-scale cloud solutions
