Requirements

Do you have experience in Software engineering?, * 10 years of software development experience

  • Strong experience delivering enterprisescale applications across the full SDLC
  • Prior experience in a lead or senior technical role with team responsibility

Mandatory Skills : .Net Core, Angular

Good to Have Skills : .NET Core WebAPI (Using MVC Core), We are looking for a hands-on Lead Software Developer who can do both design systems and lead teams

This person should be comfortable owning solutions end-to-end from architecture decisions to production support while guiding developers and driving delivery

Core Expectations

Strong full stack expertise

Proven experience building applications using ASP. NET Core C and React or Angular with the ability to work across both frontend and backend seamlessly

Architecture design leadership

Ability to design scalable modern systems using microservices REST APIs and clear separation of concerns across UI services and data layers

Cloudfirst mindset Azure

Handson experience deploying and managing applications in Azure including App Services API Management CICD pipelines and monitoring tools

Strong data and backend foundation

Experience with SQL Server Entity Framework and designing efficient data models along with using caching solutions eg Redis to improve performance

Modern frontend development practices

Deep understanding of ReactAngular including component design state management and performance optimization techniques

System integration experience

Experience integrating systems using messaging platforms eg Service Bus RabbitMQ and building reliable loosely coupled services

Performance and scalability focus

Strong focus on building highperformance systems including optimizing API response times improving UI load times and designing for scale

DevOps and deployment ownership

Comfortable with CICD pipelines Docker and automated deployments with a mindset of owning applications through production

Quality and engineering discipline

Commitment to high code quality including unit testing integration testing and enforcing development standards across the team Skills
