Preferred Experience:

• Strong hands-on experience administering and configuring IBM SevOne
• Experience monitoring large-scale WAN, campus, and data center environments
• Strong understanding of BGP, SNMP, and ICMP network protocols
• Experience designing device-class-based monitoring and alerting strategies
• Experience implementing flap detection, alert deduplication, and alert consolidation
• Experience integrating SevOne with PagerDuty and ServiceNow
• Experience configuring automated alert routing based on device criticality
• Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills
• Experience building and maintaining SevOne dashboards and reports
• Ability to analyze recurring network and circuit issues and drive sustainable resolutions

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Networking, or related field preferred.
