Job description
We are looking for a dynamic, proactive and talented person to join our team and perform the following tasks:
- Design, develop and maintain automation solutions for IT infrastructure operations.
- Identify and implement automation opportunities to reduce manual effort and improve service quality.
- Optimize and manage IT operations tools, monitoring platforms and ITSM solutions.
- Improve ServiceNow workflows, CMDB quality and operational reporting capabilities.
- Enhance monitoring and observability platforms, reducing alert noise and improving event management.
- Automate patching, compliance reporting and recurring operational activities.
- Develop dashboards, reports and KPI metrics for service reviews and operational excellence.
- Collaborate with infrastructure, monitoring, service management and customer teams to drive continuous improvement.

Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Automation Engineering, IT Operations Tools Management or similar roles.
- Strong experience with scripting and automation technologies such as PowerShell, Python and Ansible.
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow ITSM and CMDB administration.
- Knowledge of monitoring and event management platforms.
- Experience integrating systems through APIs and automation workflows.
- Understanding of ITIL processes and operational governance.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Advanced English communication skills.
