Job description

  • Designing, developing and maintaining scalable full-stack applications using modern Front End and Back End technologies.
  • Building secure APIs, microservices and system integrations to support enterprise platforms.
  • Developing responsive, high-performance user interfaces using frameworks such as React, Angular or Vue.
  • Contributing to application architecture, technical design, solution documentation and long-term technology strategy.
  • Deploying and managing applications across Azure and other cloud platforms using CI/CD pipelines and DevOps best practices.
  • Optimising application performance, scalability, monitoring and reliability.
  • Collaborating with Product Owners, Designers and cross-functional Agile teams to deliver high-quality software.

Requirements

  • Strong Front End expertise with React, Angular or Vue, alongside HTML5, CSS3 and JavaScript/TypeScript.
  • Back End development experience with Node.js, .NET, Java or Python.
  • Strong knowledge of REST APIs, GraphQL and microservices architecture.
  • Experience working with SQL and NoSQL databases, including PostgreSQL, SQL Server, MySQL, MongoDB, Cosmos DB or DynamoDB.
  • Hands-on experience with Azure cloud services, with exposure to Databricks considered highly desirable.
  • Experience implementing CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Jenkins or similar tools.
  • Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with event-driven architectures, serverless technologies and secure development practices including OAuth2 and SSO.
