Job description

We’re rebuilding our core business platform from the ground up - moving from a legacy Access/SQL system to a modern Azure-hosted services platform. We need a solid full stack developer who can design, build, and ship, not just follow tickets.

You’ll work across the entire stack, own real problems, and be expected to use AI tools as part of how you work every day.

What You’ll Do

  • Build and ship features across React front end and C# / .NET back end
  • Design and consume REST APIs integrating claims, payments, and third-party systems
  • Migrate legacy data from MS Access / SQL Server into Azure SQL
  • Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, Azure infrastructure, and DevOps practices
  • Work directly with stakeholders to turn messy business processes into clean system logic
  • Use AI coding tools (Copilot) daily - for code, review, debugging, and docs

Requirements

Do you have experience in SQL?, Do you have a Master’s degree?, * Strong C# / .NET and React (or similar) experience

  • Solid SQL Server and relational database skills
  • Comfortable with Azure (App Services, Azure SQL, storage)
  • Experience with Git and modern DevOps / CI/CD
  • Actively uses AI tools in real development work - this is a requirement, not a bonus

Nice to Have

  • Experience migrating or working with legacy systems (MS Access, monolithic apps)
  • Exposure to AI / LLM API integration (Anthropic Claude, OpenAI) in production
  • Knowledge of Azure Data Factory or similar ETL / data pipeline tools
  • Background in financial services, claims processing, or invoice factoring
  • Familiarity with workflow-driven or case management platforms
  • PowerShell scripting and automation experience
  • Understanding of audit trails, governance, and deterministic system design
