• IT Service Management (ITSM): Apply ITIL best practices to ensure operational excellence, including active participation in incident, problem, change, and release management processes . \n

• Vendor & Provider Management : Act as the technical point of contact and manager for external software development providers, ensuring their deliverables meet our quality and architectural standards. \n

• Security & Compliance : Ensure strict adherence to IT Security policies by implementing secure coding practices and maintaining rigorous application configuration standards. \n

• Continuous Improvement : Drive the evolution of our tech stack and infrastructure to improve system reliability, performance, and developer productivity. \n

• Advanced Software Development: Expert-level proficiency in TypeScript and modern web development frameworks (Angular). \n

• Cloud Architecture: Advanced knowledge of Cloud-based software and infrastructure architecture, with a proven track record of designing distributed systems. \n

• Containerization & Orchestration: Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes for managing containerized applications. \n

• Cloud Infrastructure: Deep understanding of AWS components, specifically AWS S3 and AWS Load Balancers. \n

• Event-Driven Architecture: Practical knowledge of Apache Kafka for building real-time, scalable data pipelines. \n

• Database Management: Strong proficiency with MongoDB and NoSQL database design principles. \n

• Methodology: Strong understanding of ITIL frameworks and Agile development methodologies . \n

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. \n
