IT Manager II - Chief of Digital Services and Delivery

• Manage multiple technical disciplines, including software development, database administration, web and graphic design, project management, and business analysis.
• Provide managerial oversight of complex digital initiatives and ensure alignment with enterprise architecture, security standards, accessibility requirements, and statewide IT policies.
• Influence organizational information technology policy, formulate long-range information technology programs and objectives, and review the implementation and conformance of information technology programs to organizational policies and objectives.
• Plan, organize, and direct the work of multiple information technology programs or units.

An associate degree from an accredited college may substitute for one year of the required general information technology experience. Only one degree may be used for substitution.
