Systems Engineer 3

Captivation is looking for software developers who can get stuff done while making a difference in support of the mission to protect our country., Captivation Software is looking for a mid level systems engineer with experience in System Administration Automation, management and security compliance. Candidate must focus on maintaining system integrity, performance, and security for critical client/server environments, demanding strong problem-solving and communication skills. Candidate must be prepared to work with a small, mission focused team that frequently interacts with users and the customer.

• A Bachelor’s degree in a Qualified Engineering Field or a related discipline from an accredited college or university
• Six (6) years of systems engineering experience, * Strong System Engineering and System Administration
• Strong knowledge of Security Compliance
• Strong knowledge of networking devices. (Cisco, Juniper, Arista) System Administration skills for Windows/Linux
• Familiarity with Kubernetes/containerization
• Experience with Active Directory, LDAP, Centrify, Group Policy, Network Services
• Strong knowledge of security protocols and patching
• Communication and escalation of issues to management

• Annual Salary: $130,000 - $270,000 (Depends on the Years of Experience)
